Cancellation Policy – Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment cost. If you fail to show up without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. Exceptions may be made for emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
